The roomy cabin invites everyone to relax. The two outer rear seats are full-sized and ergonomically designed to keep passengers comfortable, even on long journeys.

Convenient storage

Slide back the sleek roll-top cover of the centre console to reveal a handy storage space. It’s the perfect hiding spot for your wallet, sunglasses and keys. You’ll find two cupholders for your drinks and one extra for a slim can.

Rear seats also have space for the essentials (and the not-so-essentials). There are door pockets to keep snacks or sunglasses within easy reach. And the rear folding armrest has two built-in cupholders for drinks or small items.

Panoramic roof

Select the panoramic roof for a sweeping view of the sky. Dark-tinted laminated glass helps reduce glare and outside noise. Open it to enjoy a refreshing breeze. If it gets too noisy, open or tilt just the front section.

On hot days, roll out the power-operated sunshade. It's a perforated textile that lets in light to keep the cabin feeling airy but not overheated. The sunshade can automatically deploy when temperatures reach 25°C.

Available as standard on the Ultra trim and as an option on the Plus trim.

Crafted details

Look closer, and crafted details begin to emerge. Gleaming chrome vent trims and etched metal accents. The jewel-like mesh speakers of the premium Bowers & Wilkins High Fidelity Audio System. And the optional hand-stitching on the dashboard and centre console. Inviting. Functional. Elegant.

Cabin ambience

When you unlock your XC60 remotely, exterior lights shine a path to the car. Open the door and soft mood lighting illuminates the front seats. The boot is lit, too, making it easy to pack up after sundown.

Upgrade for a level of interior illumination that turns the cabin into an atmospheric retreat. The interior gleams with soft mood lighting flowing across the decor. Lamps in the door pockets and cupholders help you find things in the dark. Rear passengers can switch on shaded lights to read comfortably without distracting the driver.

Select the premium Bowers & Wilkins High Fidelity Audio System to listen to music as the artist intended. It uses industry-leading technologies to maximise 15 precisely tuned Hi-Fi speakers, plus an innovative Fresh Air Subwoofer. The result is exceptional audio for everyone in the cabin.
